Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns or Refunds
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- If the order is canceled from our side due to an issue with the order. Please note that only we can cancel and initiate a refund.
- If you receive the wrong item.
- If the item is defective or damaged.

Once the refund is initiated, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will also send an update with details for the refund, including ARN/RRN numbers.
