Perfumes are non-returnable products.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Samples/Decants (20ML) are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
If a product is being returned, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to our address.
